This are the photos of our visit on Monday to the Lisle School District where Pete Lueck, CCI board member is superintendent.

We spent the morning at Tate Woods Elementary School in Lisle where Emanuel and Laura had the opportunity to witness the raising of the Greenheart flag by serious environmentalists Katie, second grade and Luke, first.

We also met Tate Woods' Worm Ambassadors who are in charge of caring for the earth worms that eat the students' left-over lunch-hour fruits and vegetables. .

The worms then produce "worm tea" which can be used as a natural spray fertilizer on house plants.

We were also given the opportunity to learn first-hand that wall climbing requires far more planning and coordination than either one of us had expected.
